The Navan Fair relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of many volunteers and workers to make the event a success. From preparation before the Fair, to helping during the event, and assisting with wrap-up afterward, there are many ways to get involved.
If you would like to be part of our team or have questions about volunteering, please email
volunteers@navanfair.ca. Be sure to include your name, your availability, and the Division you would be interested in helping with. We look forward to welcoming you!

Volunteer Appreciation BBQ
The Navan Fair would not be possible without the incredible support of our volunteers, sponsors, and donors. To thank you for your continued dedication, the Cumberland Township Agricultural Society is pleased to invite all volunteers, sponsors, and donors of the 2026 Navan Fair to a Volunteer Appreciation BBQ. Details will be announced later.
