5. Sunflower Seeds – 7lbs.
6. Grain corn – 6-cobs
7. Corn Stalks – 6-corn silage.
8. Round or Square Ball Haylage – 10lbs.
9. Shelled Corn – 10lbs., untreated
10. Corn High Moisture – 10lbs.
11. Winter Wheat – 10lbs.
12. Spring Wheat – 10lbs.
13. Barley – 2-row.
14. Barley – 6-row.
15. Soybeans – 5 plants attached root attached.
16. Soybeans – 10lbs.

Eggs Section Classes

(must be presented in a egg carton):

1. Eggs Best Display – 1 dozen egg display (all same colour and consistent size)
2. Eggs Junior Class – 1 dozen egg display of a junior member (up to 12 years)
3. Rainbow Eggs Display – 1 dozen eggs of different colours on display
4. **Artistic Egg Display – 1 dozen eggs displayed using artistic features

For Classes 1 and 2, the eggs will be judged according to shape, shell texture, colour and size with a fresh appearance and bloom.

For Classes 3 and 4, the eggs can have variances in shape, texture, size, colour and bloom to encourage artistic creativity. 

**Class 4 does not require an egg carton for display

Maple Syrup Section Classes

1. Maple Syrup – Golden – Delicate taste
2. Maple Syrup – Amber – Rich taste
3. Maple Syrup – Dark – Robust taste
4. Maple Syrup – Very Dark – Strong taste
5. Pure Maple Syrup – Granulated
6. Specialty Maple Syrup   Prize $25 (only one prize for this category)

Maple syrup exhibits shall consist of one (1) curved Kent style glass bottle (D&G #505188 Syrup Bottle with Handle), or equivalent, of Maple Syrup, Canada Grade A – Amber, having a capacity of 250 mL.

2. Liquid Honey – Golden
3. Liquid Honey – Amber
4. Creamed Honey
5. Cut Comb Honey
